Disinformation

It is understood as false, inaccurate or misleading information disseminated intentionally to cause public harm or generate revenue. This approach recognises disinformation as a potentially harmful form of expression, but one that does not necessarily fall within the categories of illegal speech already defined, such as defamation, incitement to hatred or violence.
