“Digital Violence Is Real” is a campaign focused on identifying gender-based violence online. It features a web-based resource platform, background information on digital violence around the world, local regulations, and national campaigns in partnership with other organizations to raise awareness that digital violence is real.

Disinformation

It is understood as false, inaccurate or misleading information disseminated intentionally to cause public harm or generate revenue. This approach recognises disinformation as a potentially harmful form of expression, but one that does not necessarily fall within the categories of illegal speech already defined, such as defamation, incitement to hatred or violence.
